The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with all new leather sofa, loveseat and oversized chair w/ottoman. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and two queen beds in the second bedroom, both bedrooms have flat screen tv's. Each bedroom has a full bath with double marble vanities and large marble garden tubs. The full kitchen has all the necessary appliances and tableware with plenty of beautiful new cabinets to store your groceries! The living/dining area and both bedrooms open out onto the spacious balcony overlooking 1300 sq ft of sandy white beach. This Unit is Non Smoking, No Pets Allowed, and Renter Must Be at Least 25 Years of Age and Occupy the Unit for the Entire Rental Period!!
