This 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is in tower 3, 1st floor, right over the lagoon pool, the best location in the whole resort!!  The unit features wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows looking out at the gorgeous gulf and 1800 sq ft of luxurious living space and has been totally updated.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with  along with two club chairs so that you can sit in the windows enjoying the ocean views or reading the latest novels. The bathroom features a beautiful tiled walk in shower with rainhead.  In the second bedroom, there are two queen beds with new plush top mattresses and this bedroom also features a very unique walk in shower with rainhead. And in the third bedroom, another king size bed in here and this bathroom features a new tub with tile surround that looks gorgeous.  This bedroom also has the private second balcony over the lagoon pool as well as the wet bar area. All bedrooms have 55" TV's and use 400+ count linens. Each bedroom has it's own private full bathroom with his/her marble vanities.

The living room features a new sofa/loveseat and 2 comfy chairs for plenty of seating and a large 75" flat screen TV.  The dining area seats eight with a new farmhouse style dining table with three additional seats at the breakfast bar, which has been done with a tumbled stone finish. The kitchen has all new, black appliances with new "cottage white" cabinets and gorgeous granite countertops with a mirrored backsplash. The stove is a new ceramic cooktop, there are plenty of dishes, glasses and flatware, we even provide a slow cooker in case you decide to cook in! Also includes Kuerig/drip Coffee Pot duo. The condo has brand new tile throughout the entire unit!  The new tile features the "reclaimed" wood look and is absolutely beautiful!

 Long Beach Resort has gated access w/security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building--not across the street or in a high-rise tight parking garage! There are three pools, two polynesian style pools that are seasonally heated and the huge 6800 sq ft Lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls. Each pool has it's own jacuzzi hot tub. Enjoy a burger and your favorite beverage at the Lagoon poolside bar and grill, The Hangout, which is open March thru September. Long Beach is conveniently located near all the great restaurants, golf courses, putt putt, kids attractions and don't worry if you forget something, Wal Mart is just down the street and Pier Park is just a short, scenic drive down Front Beach Road!
