Renovation Notice – Long Beach Resort, Panama City Beach, FL

Long Beach Resort will undergo planned exterior renovations from August 18, 2025, through April 2026. Project setup and material deliveries will take place August 4–18, with construction beginning August 18. This work, coordinated by the Homeowners' Association, includes balcony and exterior repairs.
During this period, guests may experience construction noise, limited access to certain areas and pools, and temporary modifications to entryways. 
•    The Lagoon Pool and lagoon pool hot tub will be open until November 28th. 
•    The pool and hot tub between Towers 1 and 2 will be closed starting August 28th and will remain closed until November 28th.
•    The pool and hot tub between Towers 3 and 4 will be closed starting October 20th and will remain closed until the end of the project. 
•     Beach access and condo entry will remain open throughout the project. Beach chair service will be available through October 31.
•    Balconies will remain open until November 10th, and then will be closed by section thereafter. 
Please note that all dates are approximate and subject to change based on construction progress. Rates have been adjusted accordingly to reflect any potential inconvenience during your stay. This notice has been posted as of 7/7/2025, no refunds will be given for any renovation related inconveniences for any reservation booked after this date. 

 

 

FREE BEACH CHAIRS DURING SEASON(Mar 1-Oct 31)!!!!!!!!!!!

This very nice, two bedroom/two bath condominium features wall to wall, floor to ceiling oceanfront views from every room with new furniture and bedding. The spacious floor plan is ideal for the family who does not want to feel crowded, while your private tiled balcony allows you to see the spectacular Florida sunsets or watch the dolphins play in the ocean! There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, and two queen size beds in the second bedroom with new pillowtop mattresses, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, and upgraded cabinets and new tile throughout! There are flat screen TV's in both bedrooms, as well as a 47 inch flat screen TV in the living room. New large dining room table that seats 8 with 3 stools at the breakfast bar. There is a new tiled walk in spa shower in the master bathroom and the guest bath features the large marble garden tub with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded cabinets, a keurig, all appliances and dishware.

 

With the convenient location of Long Beach Resort, you are near everything such as great restaurants, shopping, putt putt, amusement parks, and there is even a Super Wal-Mart across the street in case you forget something! We also have a large lagoon pool (6800 square feet) with islands and waterfalls, three whirlpool spas, two polynesian pools (seasonally heated), on-site bar and grill(seasonal), beautifully landscaped grounds, 1300 feet of beautiful white sand beaches, on-site jet ski/umbrella chair rentals as well as 24-hour gated security with plenty of parking. This is a NON SMOKING, NO PETS unit. Renter must be at least 25 years of age and occupy the unit for the entire rental term.
